The Plateau is located directly across the street from the Horseshu in the Cactus Petes Resort Casino.

The Plateau has become one of Nevada's finest casino/hotel dining destinations offering affordable continental cuisine in an elegant setting. Try the delicate escargot in puff pastry to begin, and follow with Choice New York Strip or succulent shrimp scampi or a signature rack of lamp encrusted with hazelnuts and sauced in a Pinot Noir demi glace.
