The all-new Heritage Buffet features a completely remodeled dining room with a warm and intimate atmosphere, including a selection of Historic Council Bluffs photos and Midwest memorabilia.
The Heritage buffet offers seven distinct dining stations, many with interactive display cooking, and each featuring a wide variety of appetizing items.
The featured specialty stations include:
- an Italian station with a wood-burning brick oven, where chefs will bake a variety of pizzas and pasta;
- an Asian station featuring wok-cooked favorites;
- a broiler station with steaks, chops and seafood;
- a carving station with roast pork loin, fresh plank-grilled salmon and prime rib - the only buffet in Council Bluffs to serve prime rib daily;
- an American station offering local comfort food favorites such as pot roast, fried chicken, and an assortment of farm-fresh vegetables;
- a salad station with a selection of three types of greens, 20 toppings, a dozen dressings, four prepared salads, and two soups.
To complete your meal, a special dessert island will offer more than 25 fresh-baked cakes and pies from their in-house pastry shop. The centerpiece of the dessert station is their signature chocolate fountain, with its tempting array of morsels including marshmallows, fresh fruit, and pound cake.
The buffet seats up to 348 guests, and includes a well-appointed private dining room with audio/video capabilities.
