Must be at least 21 and a Star Awards member. Membership is free. Must present a valid photo ID for card issuance and to redeem any points, comps or benefits. Membership and benefits are non-transferable. This Star Awards program replaces all previous complimentary programs at Ameristar. Tier levels are achieved by earning Base Points in a calendar year period January 1 - December 31 or by invitation. One (1) Base Point is earned for every $4 Coin-in on reels and video reels and for every $8 coin-in on video poker and keno machines, for all Star Awards tier levels. Table Base Points are earned by taking into consideration average bet, length of play, game type and player skill level and may not be available immediately after play. Only Base Points determine Star Awards tier levels. Daily point multipliers calculate total points as follows: Premier level members earn 1 Base Point that is then multiplied by a daily point multiplier of 2x, for 2 total points awarded (1 Base Point and 1 Bonus Point). Elite and Star Club level members earn 1 Base Point that is then multiplied by a daily point multiplier of 3x, for 3 total points awarded (1 Base Point and 2 Bonus Points). ACE level members earn 1 Base Point that is then multiplied by a daily point multiplier of 4x, for 4 total points awarded (1 Base Point and 3 Bonus Points). Bonus points awarded from daily point multipliers, promotions or bonus point coupons do not count toward tier levels or other Base Point thresholds. ACE card complimentary hotel room based upon availability with 2 day advance notice, maximum of 4 nights per month. ACE card monthly restaurant comps cannot be redeemed for cash. ACE card restaurant comps are redeemed for amount issued, no change or credit is given for unused balance. Accumulated ACE card restaurant balances expire at 11:59p on the last day of ACE card membership. This is an abbreviated version of the rules associated with the Star Awards program. Some program features may not be operational at all properties or where precluded by state gaming regulations. Star Awards program terms are subject to change and may be modified or cancelled at any time. Ameristar may adjust any point or comp balances resulting from any malfunction, fraud or misuse. Any fraud, misuse or violation of rules may result in forfeiture of points, comps and benefits as well as possible exclusion from the program.
