The Landmark Buffet at Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles is designed to resemble a nineteenth-century outdoor market – one that serves up delicacies from all over the world. Its interactive display cooking stations are action packed: Woks sizzle as the fast-moving chefs at the Mongolian Grill set to work on Spicy Sichuan Beef while, at the Italian dining station, chefs toss fresh Parmesan cheese into steaming Fettuccine Alfredo.
