Meetings

We have multiple venues to perfectly fit your meeting needs. We can accommodate meetings and receptions of up to 160 guests in our Freedom Roadhouse. Or, consider The Prairie Room which accommodates 100 guests. (Here's a secret: The Prairie Room is adjacent to our 2,700 sq. foot Horizons Buffet, recently voted best buffet in Kansas City by Midwest Gaming and Travel Magazine, Casino Player Magazine and Strictly Slots!) We can also accommodate parties or meetings of up to 140 in our Plateau Room, also adjacent to the Horizons Buffet. During weekdays, the Depot #9 Saloon can be booked for cocktail receptions and gatherings of up to 90 guests. We also have two conference rooms in our hotel that accommodate business meetings of up to 40 guests.
