At the Horizons Buffet at Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City, guests can travel from one dining station to another, sampling cuisines from all over the world -- with great American cooking, too. Over at the Asian station, a chef might be whipping up some Shanghai Chicken in a sizzling wok while, at its Italian counterpart, someone tosses grated parmesan into a steaming dish of Fettuccine Alfredo. The choices here seem limitless, from fresh, crisp salads to Kansas City Barbecue. And it's affordable, too. Private dining rooms are also available for groups up to 160.
