Whether you're planning a corporate meeting, training session, private dinner, retreat or reception, Cactus Petes is the perfect location for your next event. Our Ruby Mountain Ballroom can accommodate banquet seating for up to 200 guests. If you're looking for a more intimate setting, our 140 sq. foot side suites can accommodate small groups for dinners, manager retreats or other meetings. All four of the side suites have sliding glass doors for convenient access to our large patio area as well as state-of-the-art audio visual equipment including LCD projector, drop down screen, 52" plasma TVs and document camera. We also have an executive board room with seating for up to 17 guests.
